Xactimate Level 1

Fundamentals

Build a strong foundation.
This beginner 12-hour course (four 3-hour sessions) introduces you to the Xactimate dashboard, basic navigation, and essential tools. You’ll learn how to create simple estimates, sketch basic interior and roof structures, and understand the core components of the Xactimate workflow. You’ll start writing small-loss claims with essential fundamental skills.

Xactimate Level 2

Proficiency

Take your skills to the next level.
This intermediate 12-hour course (four 3-hour sessions) will equip you to handle the majority of estimates in your daily workflow. You’ll learn to modify line item calculations, create multi-level structures, sketch complex roofs, graphically estimate flooring and roofing, utilize the power of macros, and more. You’ll gain confidence and proficiency in writing medium-loss estimates.

Xactimate Level 3

Mastery

Become an expert.
This advanced 12-hour course (four 3-hour sessions) tackles complex sketching and estimating techniques. You’ll dive deep into staircases, roofs, exteriors, decks, and the Construction section of Properties for estimating footings, walls, and roof assemblies, and more. You’ll sharpen your skills to tackle large-loss projects with precision and confidence.

Certification Prep Level 1

This 3 – hour virtual course prepares candidates for the Xactimate Level 1 Certification exam.

Prerequisite: Xactimate Level 1.

Certification Prep Level 2

This 3 – hour virtual course prepares candidates for the Xactimate Level 2 Certification exam.

Prerequisite: Xactimate Level 2.

Certification Prep Level 3

This 3.5 – hour virtual course prepares candidates for the Xactimate Level 3 Certification exam.

Prerequisite: Xactimate Level 3.
